01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing any wager on the ea444 platform (accessible at ea444.ws and any associated subdomains or mobile applications), you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with ea444's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid payment method registered in your name.
• You must hold only one (1) active account on ea444. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

ea444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Management

Each player is responsible for the security and activity of their own ea444 account. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. ea444 will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or live chat.

You agree to notify ea444 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ea444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is strictly personal and may not be used by any other individual.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.
• ea444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account it reasonably believes is involved in fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or any breach of these Terms.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — may be flagged for administrative review. ea444 will contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy measures.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ea444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All amounts displayed on the platform use the ৳ symbol. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however ea444 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large transactions.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment methods may be updated from time to time at ea444's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• ea444 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account matching the name on the registered ea444 account. ea444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted verification documents may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• ea444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time in exceptional circumstances.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ea444 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated within the individual offer.

• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements vary per promotion and will be stated clearly in the offer terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ea444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and bingo — as published in the respective game or market rules. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are accepted at ea444's sole discretion. ea444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason, particularly where market integrity is at risk.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sports event are void unless ea444's platform explicitly supports in-play (live) betting for that market, in which case the live betting rules apply.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. ea444 does not manipulate, adjust, or influence any game outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ea444 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on ea444, whether in your own name or under an alias, false identity, or via a third party.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or being party to any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information-based betting on any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any other multiplayer game format with the intent to defraud ea444 or other players.
• Using the ea444 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that contravenes applicable financial crime legislation in Bangladesh.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, technical glitches, or misconfigured game settings to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets across markets, placing bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine intent to play, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your ea444 account, or registering on behalf of a minor.

08 Responsible Gaming

ea444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
